Living in a small town that is hundreds of miles away from major city can severely impact what type of services are available to you. I love writing and love the scenery that I get living in rustic Montana. The only draw back for me was when I damaged the screen on my MacBook and had no one locally I could go to get it repaired. The nearest Apple store was hundreds of miles away and they would not tell me if it was repairable unless I came into the store first. My husband decided to look online for possible solution to my problem. He found a few people who said I would need to replace the whole MacBook, that was not an option for us financially. Luckily he located this wonderful company that had amazing reviews. We did not want to wait until the following day so we called and were pleasantly surprised that someone answered and was able to help us. They told us they are staffed to assist customers any time of day and that they would be able to answer any questions we may have. After speaking with the pleasant young man he told us that he could schedule a pickup from our home and also arrange the delivery  back to us.I was sold after the initial spill, but my husband is very thorough and wanted to know more details. He asked specially if they did MacBook Screen Repair and the representative emphatically told him yes and that the work would be done by an apple certified technician. The quality of customer service offered by this company far exceeded our dreams and I was totally relieved that my MacBook could be repaired without having to drive hundreds of miles.A wonderful bonus that I am just ecstatic to tell you about is the fact that I did not have to wait an extremely long time to get my laptop back. I was truly missing my baby for the short time that it was gone. It arrived promptly and was packaged really secure for a safe return to me.
