Saving time and money through CD/DVD training courses

My friend wanted to start a company. He didn’t want to have a separate company to come in an do all the industrial training for him. This was his business and he wanted to train the new employees himself. But his advisers had recommended that he allow some changes if he wanted to increase the revenue for his business.

As the business owner, he had other responsibilities first. So he was reconciling himself to this fact. But he was beginning to wonder why he began his own business in the first place.

He couldn’t even be on the floor doing what he loved, he had to be in the office and in the suit. They had never hired a woman before to do this job. She was going conducting the industrial training for a room full of men. And the men were not to happy about it. They didn’t feel like they should be taught by a woman.

And besides, they should know more about their job than some woman, shouldn’t they? She wasn’t nervous at all. She got this wherever she went. She was confident that she could get their attention and earn their respect before long.

After all, that was why she was promoted to this job, anyway. She had talent and skill. He was mad. Scratch that, he was livid. He did not want to go through the industrial training process that the board was requiring if he were to keep his job. Why should all the employees go through all these changes simply because they were being threatened to be replaces by machines.

He wanted things to stay the same. He hated all these changes and hated that he no power to influence the decision making anymore. He gritted his teeth and waited for the long hand on the clock to reach the 12. Before long he was going to be sitting behind a little desk like a high school student being taught what he already knew. He blew out a breath.
